The Andorra MoraBanc Clàssica will take place on June 21.

The Andorra MoraBanc Clàssica aims to expand beyond the professional peloton. The Andorran race has announced a new public initiative that will allow fans to experience the event from within and symbolically compete against some of the world’s top cyclists.
The highlight is “La Crono de La Clàssica x Toteemi,” a mountain time trial scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026. Participants will ride the final 10 official kilometers of the race, from Erts to the Coll de la Botella, deep in the Pyrenees. The route promises intense excitement: 10 kilometers with over 700 meters of elevation gain, average gradients between 5% and 8%, and ramps reaching 12%, all set in a high-mountain landscape that blends athletic challenge with stunning scenery. This experience is designed for those seeking a personal challenge as well as cycling enthusiasts who want to feel, for one day, what it’s like to be a pro.
The event is organized as an individual time trial. Each cyclist can choose their start time within a designated window, ride at their own pace, and be timed using a chip. The finish line will be the same arch used by professional riders, and participants will receive an official finish photo. The competitive element is clear: amateurs can compare their times to Mattias Skjelmose, winner of the 2025 edition, who completed the segment in 26 minutes and 38 seconds. This sets a high bar for those wanting to see firsthand the gap between recreational cycling and the international elite.

Spots are limited to 200 participants to ensure a quality experience. Registration includes a race number, timing chip, welcome pack, bag check, refreshments, finish-line food, and free photo downloads. Prizes will be awarded for the best times, along with special recognitions, including the official Andorra MoraBanc Clàssica jersey. Entries remain open until June 15, 2026, via the event’s official website, at a cost of 15 euros.
This initiative reinforces the Andorra MoraBanc Clàssica’s commitment to bringing high-level cycling closer to the public and making the event more participatory. The second edition of the race will be officially presented on June 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the MoraBanc auditorium, where further details will be announced. Among the already announced changes, the start will be at Plaça del Poble in Andorra la Vella, which will become the race’s hub during the weekend, while the finish remains at Coll de la Botella in La Massana.
The event will also introduce new products to enhance the spectator experience, such as premium accommodation packages and a Gold Pass offering exclusive services and prime viewing spots to follow the race in style.
