A spokesperson from the Xining Municipal Sports Bureau stated that in recent years, the bureau has actively built a “10-minute fitness circle in urban areas” and implemented public welfare projects such as “Table Tennis into Communities” and “Table Tennis into Parks.” These efforts have led to the installation of 404 table tennis tables in 151 old residential communities and two sports parks, bringing the tables directly to residents’ doorsteps.
Moving forward, the Xining Municipal Sports Bureau will continue to refine the public fitness service system and actively explore integrated development paths through “Sports+” initiatives. This will effectively promote deep convergence in sports, culture, and tourism, steadily advance the high-quality development of mass sports, and enhance the city’s vitality.
