Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper rejoined the starting lineup for Sunday’s series finale against the visiting Colorado Rockies.
Harper appears to have fully recovered after being pulled from the first inning of Saturday’s 9-3 win over the Rockies, with the team citing a migraine as the reason.
He batted third and played first base in Sunday’s contest.
The two teams have split the first two games of the series in Philadelphia.
Harper, 33, is hitting .282 with nine home runs and 23 RBIs across 40 games this season.
A two-time National League MVP (2015 and 2021) and an eight-time All-Star, Harper boasts a career .280 batting average with 372 homers and 1,074 RBIs in 1,825 games with the Washington Nationals (2012-18) and the Phillies. He was named National League Rookie of the Year in 2012.
